As above, friendly personable staff. Even though the final invoice was more than originally agreed (in error) it was remedied within a few minutes. Car was also valeted as a complementary service, which is a huge bonus and makes me come back

I was dealt with in a friendly though efficient and helpful way. My questions were answered clearly. My car was returned to me in pristine condition having been washed and vacuumed in addition to the service.
